Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship? +
We currently ship orders within Ireland only. International shipping is not available at this time.
How much does shipping cost? +
Shipping within Ireland is free. There is no minimum order value and no additional shipping cost will be added at checkout.
How long does delivery take? +
Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days. After processing, delivery typically takes
4–7 business days. The total estimated delivery time is usually 5–9 business days.
What is your order cut-off time? +
Our daily order cut-off time is 3:00 PM Irish Time (Dublin time). Orders placed after the cut-off,
on Sundays or on public holidays will be processed on the next available business day.
Will I receive tracking information? +
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, if tracking is available for your shipment.
Please allow some time for carrier tracking information to update after handover.
Are there customs duties or import charges? +
No. Lounge Outlet24 sells to customers within Ireland. Since Ecometra LTD is registered in Cyprus and both Cyprus and Ireland are within the
European Union, customers do not pay separate customs duties or import charges upon delivery for orders placed through our store.
Orders
Can I change my shipping address after ordering? +
Please contact us as soon as possible at info@lounge-outlet24.com.
Address changes may not be possible once an order has already been processed or shipped.
Can I cancel my order? +
If you would like to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at
info@lounge-outlet24.com. We cannot guarantee cancellation once an order
has already been processed, packed or shipped. If cancellation is no longer possible, you may still request a return after receiving the order,
subject to our Return and Refund Policy.
What should I do if my order is delayed? +

with your order number. We will help check the shipment status and assist you with the next steps.
Returns & Refunds
How long can I return items? +
You may request a return within 30 days after receiving the order. This 30-day return period includes your statutory
14-day cooling-off right and extends it voluntarily to a total of 30 days. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
What condition must returned items be in? +
Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged and returned in the same condition in which you received them.
Items should be returned with original packaging, labels, tags and included accessories where applicable.
How do I request a return? +

Include your order number, the item you would like to return and the reason for your request. Our support team will provide the correct return instructions.
Who pays for return shipping? +
Unless the item is defective, damaged or incorrect due to our error, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
If the item is defective, damaged or incorrect due to our error, we will offer an appropriate solution.
When will I receive my refund? +
Once your return has been received and inspected, approved refunds are usually processed within 7 business days
after the returned item has been received and inspected. It may take additional time for your bank, card issuer or payment provider
to post the refund to your account.
