This Return and Refund Policy explains how returns, exchanges, cancellations and refunds are handled for orders placed with Lounge Outlet24. 2. Return Period

Customers may request a return within 30 days after receiving the order. This 30-day return period includes your statutory 14-day cooling-off right and extends it voluntarily to a total of 30 days, subject to the eligibility conditions stated below. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

3. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged and in the same condition in which you received it. The item should be returned with its original packaging, labels, tags and any included accessories where applicable.

Items that show signs of use, wear, washing, damage, stains, odours, missing parts or removed tags may not be accepted for return, unless the issue relates to a defective, damaged or incorrect item supplied due to our error.

4. How to Request a Return

Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as this may delay the processing of your return.

Returns must only be sent to the return address provided by our customer support team after your return request has been reviewed. This allows us to assign the correct return location and process your return properly.

The business address listed below is our company address and should not be used as a return address unless our customer support team specifically confirms it for your return.

6. Return Shipping Costs

Unless the item is defective, damaged or incorrect due to our error, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping your return tracking number until your return has been received and processed.

7. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Please include your order number and clear photos of the item, packaging, shipping label and the issue you are reporting. After reviewing the case, we will offer an appropriate solution, such as a replacement, return, refund or another suitable resolution.

Since shipping within Ireland is free, no standard shipping fee is charged at checkout for deliveries within Ireland.

We cannot guarantee that cancellation requests can be completed once an order has already been processed, packed or shipped. If cancellation is no longer possible, you may still request a return after receiving the order, subject to this policy.
