At Lounge Outlet24, we process and ship orders carefully to customers within Ireland. Lounge Outlet24 is operated by Ecometra LTD, a company registered in Cyprus under Company Registration Number: HE482778. This Shipping Policy explains our processing time, shipping area, delivery estimates, order cut-off time, tracking information and customer support details.
1. Shipping Area
We currently ship orders within Ireland only. International shipping is not available at this time.

3. Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment confirmation. Processing includes order review, payment verification, preparation, packing and handover to the shipping carrier.
Orders are processed from Monday to Saturday during our business hours: Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM–7:30 PM Irish Time (Dublin time), excluding public holidays.
4. Order Cut-Off Time
Our daily order cut-off time is 3:00 PM Irish Time (Dublin time). Orders placed before the cut-off may begin processing on the same business day. Orders placed after the cut-off, on Sundays or on public holidays will be processed on the next available business day.
5. Estimated Delivery Time
After your order has been processed and handed over to the carrier, estimated delivery typically takes 4–7 business days within Ireland.
The total estimated delivery time, including order processing and shipping, is usually 5–9 business days.
6. Shipping Costs
Shipping within Ireland is free. There is no minimum order value and no additional shipping cost will be added at checkout.
7. Taxes, Customs and Import Charges
Lounge Outlet24 sells to customers within Ireland. Since Ecometra LTD is registered in Cyprus and both Cyprus and Ireland are within the European Union, customers do not pay separate customs duties or import charges upon delivery for orders placed through our store.
The amount shown at checkout is the final amount for the order, including any applicable taxes and shipping costs shown during checkout.
8. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, if tracking is available for your shipment. Please allow some time for the carrier tracking information to update after the shipment has been handed over.
9. Delivery Delays
While we aim to deliver all orders within the estimated timeframe, delays may occasionally occur due to carrier issues, weather conditions, high order volume, address verification, public holidays or other circumstances outside our direct control.
If your order is delayed, please contact us and we will help check the shipment status.
10. Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. If a delivery issue occurs because of incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer, additional costs or delays may occur.
If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. Address changes may not be possible once an order has already been processed or shipped.
11. Lost or Missing Packages
If tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please first check around your delivery location and with household members, neighbours or building management.
If the package still cannot be located, please contact us so we can review the shipment information and assist you with the next steps.
